In view of our order dated 15.09.2025, it is stated that the police had given intimation at the place where the girl resides or was expected to reside, and that she was called to the Police Station, as informed by the learned APP. However, instead of remaining present before the police Station, the girl suo motu appeared before us. 2.
The identity of the girl has been confirmed.

We have interacted with the girl, she has even reservations about the marriage and though she admits that her photograph is appearing on the certificate of marriage dated 11.08.2025. She states that she is presently 25 years of age and states that she is now voluntarily residing at the place of her choice and does not want to reside with the petitioner. She conspicuously denied that she had been confined. In such circumstances, there is no question of issuing any writ, and therefore, we disposed of the writ petition. [ HITEN S. VENEGAVKAR ] [ SMT.
