Learned Advocate for the applicants / original petitioners submits that these petitioners are not seeking any relief against respondent No.3 Angad Hari Shinde and the pending petition does not involve either the land of the deceased or the rights of the LR's of deceased respondent No.3 namely Alka, Ravindra and Dhaneshwar. He, therefore, prays that this civil application be disposed of and name of deceased respondent No.3 Angad Hari Shinde be allowed to be deleted from the writ petition.

Considering the above, this civil application is disposed off. The prayer to delete deceased respondent No.3 from the writ petition, is granted at the risk of the petitioners. Deletion to be carried out on or khs/AUGUST 2018/14342-d

before 18/09/2018, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 19/09/2018 3.

Subject to the compliance of the above, list the writ petition on 04/10/2018.
