The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.255/2014 registered on 4th November 2014. The applicant was arrested on 5th November 2014 in the crime in question.

There is no separate specific attribution against the applicant, however, the role from the prosecution appears to be that he has helped in shifting the deceased person in the hospital. 3.

The other similarly placed accused persons are already ordered to be released on bail by this Court in Criminal Application No.4596 of 2015 by an order dated 9th September 2015, Criminal Application No.4215 and 3902 of 2015 on 17th August 2015 and Criminal Application No.3040 of 2015 on 16th July 2015.

In view of above, in my opinion, the case of the applicant is at par with the above referred accused persons who are already granted regular bail. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order. 5.

The application is allowed. The applicant be released on bail in Crime No.I-255/2014 registered with Kannad Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under sections 302, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 of Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall not tamer with the prosecution witnesses. 7.

The applicant shall enter the city except for facing the trial and that is to be done only after informing the Police. The applicant shall not commit similar offence.

8.

He shall remain outside of Kannad and Aurangabad cities till the disposal of the matter.
