O R D E R

The learned counsel for the appellant/claimant Miss. P.P. Wangikar holding for Mr. R.V. Gore along with appellant Mr. Nikhil Sampatrao Jondhale, learned counsel Mr. N. S. Kadam for respondent No.3 along with representative of the respondent No.3 are present today.

With the assistance of the learned counsels, we have ascertained identification of the appellant and respondent No.3. They affirm the terms of settlement.

The learned counsels and the parties who are present have placed on record the terms of compromise. Same is taken on record and marked as Exibit-X for identification.

As per the terms of settlement Exhibit-X, the respondent No.3 shall deposit additional amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh

FA-4195-2022 -2Fifty Thousand) as full and final settlement between the parties in this Court within period agreed between the parties as stated in the terms of the settlement. The same shall be treated as undertaking. 5.

The appellant shall pay the deficite court fees, if any, within a period of three weeks from today.

The first appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement Exhibit-X and present minutes of order.

7.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
