The civil application is filed for correction in the order dated 10.04.2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 8793 of 2017. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. are ad idem that it is the Director of Medical Education who is competent

( 2 ) ca 12952.18 authority to decide the matter as directed by this court under order dated 10.04.2018.

In view of that, in paragraph no. 5 of order dated 10.04.2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 8793 of 2017, in spite of the words "Director of Higher Education", the same be substituted with the words "Director of Medical Education".

The Director of Medical Education shall take the decision as directed under order dated 10.04.2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 8793 of 2017 within a period of four (04) months from today. 5.

The civil application is disposed of.
