Though learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body and learned AGP have opposed for

(2) condoning the delay, stating that the delay of 313 days has not been appropriately explained, after having gone through the contents of the applications, I am convinced that the case is made out by the applicants for condoning the delay. Hence, the following order, -

ORDER

i.

The delay caused in filing the respective Review Applications is condoned. The applications for condonation of delay are allowed.

ii.

Review Applications be registered in accordance with law. After registration of the review applications, issue notices to the respondents. Learned counsel and learned AGP waive service for respective respondents.

iii.

List the matters for further consideration on 3rd October, 2019.
