The petitioners are primarily aggrieved by the fact that in spite of their proposal seeking implementation of an order for giving benefit of rehabilitation by way of allotment of 12.50% of developed land, no decision is being taken for years together.

The learned A.G.P. submits that though the affidavit-in-reply has been filed in the year 2015 he is not aware about the latest position. 4.

Mr. Jadhav learned advocate submits that the petitioners would not contended if a direction is given to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 for passing appropriate order/taking suitable decision on the petitioners' proposal. 5.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to decide the petitioners' claim as expeditiously as possible and in any event within six months from today, if it has not been decided already. ( S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J.) (MANGESH S. PATIL, J.) mkd/- 1/1
