BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO.10287 OF 2024 MOHAMMADI PARVEEN KHADIR AHMED KHAN DIRECTOR TULIP ACADEMY

VERSUS

THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA THROUGH ITS SECRETARY AND OTHERS ...

Advocate for the Petitioner : Mr. Syed Masood Chand Addl.G.P. for Respondents: Mr. P.S. Patil ...

CORAM

DATE : 20.09.2024 PER COURT :

Heard.

2.

The petitioner is claiming that he has not at all been running any school and in spite of that he has been issued with the impugned communication dated 16.08.2024 threatening the action under Section 18(5) of the Right of Children to the Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009. It appears that the petitioner has responded by sending a reply dated 28.08.2024 (Exhibit-F). It is apparent that as yet no action under Section 18(5) has been taken. Keeping open the avenue to the petitioner if and when some fine/penalty is imposed pursuant to the Section 18(5) to file a fresh writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of. (SHAILESH P.
