On the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, leave to add the Minister, Revenue and Forest Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai as partyrespondent is granted. The amendment be carried out forthwith.

This Writ Petition can be disposed of by giving directions to the Minister, Department of Revenue and Forest, Mantralaya, Mumbai to decide Case No. RTS3116/2587/Case No.154/J-6, after extending the parties an opportunity of hearing, on its own merits, if not

wp8049-2017 already decided, expeditiously and in any case within four months from today.
