By the order passed in writ petition no. 7739 of 2021 on 16-07-2021, the petitioner's proposal purportedly under section 109 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 was directed to be considered by the respondent - State on its own merits. 3.

The affidavit in reply inter alia points out that there were shortcomings in the petitioner's proposal and simultaneously, for the selfsame point, the proposal of some other management was considered and letter of intent was issued to it. 4.

In view of above, nothing survives.

Petition is disposed of.
