PER COURT :- It is submitted that the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No.3 committee since September, 2013. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the vigilance officer had visited the place of the petitioner about two days back. However, the examination form of the applicant has not been accepted. Considering the above, we direct respondent No.3 to decide validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 3.1.2019 and shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the proceedings. Respondent No.

2 shall not refuse to accept the examination form of the petitioner and declare the result and shall not refuse him to prosecute 7th semester only on the ground that validation claim is pending. However, respondent No.2 shall not issue degree certificate to petitioner, till he submits validation certificate. Respondent No.2 may take further action depending upon the Judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceedings. Writ petition is disposed of. ( R. G. AVACHAT, J. ) ( S. V.
