By this petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction against respondent No. 2 - the Scrutiny Committee to decide the pending tribe claim of the petitioners as belonging to scheduled tribe 'Mannervarlu'.

When the petition is called out for hearing in the production board, the learned counsel for the petitioners informs this Court that by an order passed today, i.e., 04.09.2025, the Scrutiny Committee has finally decided the tribe claim of the petitioners and held that their tribe claims do not deserve to be validated. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petition has been rendered infructuous and he submits that the petitioners shall file an appropriate petition to challenge the aforesaid order passed today by the Scrutiny Committee. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
