Heard Mr Bajaj, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants. 2.

Mr Bajaj invited our attention to the reasons stated in the application which prompted the applicants to file the present application for amendment. Perusal of the proposed amendment and prayer it seems that no prejudice is going to cause to the respondents. In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
