The statement made is accepted and Respondent No.3 / Committee is directed to decide the Tribe Certificate Validation Proposals within the time stipulated as above. The petitioners shall cause appearance before the Scrutiny Committee on 22.10.2018 and as such no separate notice shall be necessary to remain present before the Scrutiny Committee.
