The petitioner seeks transfer from Tribal Development Department to Zilla Parishad on the ground of couple convenience. 2.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned advocate for respondent-Zilla Parishad. 3.

Learned counsel for Zilla Parishad submits that, there is no vacancy available with the Zilla Parishad to accommodate the

2 69WP12078.2018 petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner and his spouse is within the periphery of 30 Kms.

As per the contention of the respondent, there is no vacancy with the Zilla Parishad and the petitioner is within the periphery of 30 Kms., we are not inclined to consider the case of the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
