Heard learned counsel for appearing parties.

Perused the application. Learned counsel for applicant vehemently submits that unwittingly he could not attend the matter on last occasion for hearing, he, therefore, requested to restore the same to its original stage by recalling the order dated 18-08-2017 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 4003 of 2017.

In view of submissions advanced on behalf of learned counsel for applicant and reasons mentioned in the application, there is no impediment to recall the order dated 18-08-2017 in Civil Application No. 4003 of 2017. Accordingly, application is allowed. The order dated 18-08-2017 in Civil Application No. 4003 of 2017 is recalled and the said civil application is restored to its original stage. 4.

Accordingly, application stands disposed of.
