ORDER :- 1.

Mr. Jadhavar, learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the order has been complied with. There is some mistake in the order and it was issued to different Office and not to Beed Office. However, that correction has been carried out on 08.06.2018 and correct order has been issued. 2.

In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the respondent, the order stands complied with though belatedly.

Needless to state that further consequential benefits shall be accorded to the petitioner expeditiously. 4.
