By this petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 11th March, 2016 passed by the Additional Collector, Jalgaon disqualifying the petitioner for the reminder of the term under section 14 (1) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act. 2.

The petitioner was elected in the elections held in the year 2015 and the term is over. Hence, nothing survives in the petition to be decided.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings.
