The petitioner has put forth prayer clause '

as under :- "B. By issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondents may kindly be directed to conduct the meetings of the Government Medical College and Hospital Board of Visitors (Abhyagat Mandal), Aurangabad on a regular basis as per the stipulations in the Government Resolutions dated 30.01.2010 and 16.03.2022."

The learned AGP submits on instructions from Dr.Varsha Rote - Kaginalkar that due to the Covid Pandemic, the meetings were not being held. Henceforth, as per the requirements and the provisions, such meetings would be held.
