ORAL ORDER :

The petitioner is challenging the communication dated 30.6.2015, issued by the Director of Marketing for appointment of Administrative Body for the respondent No.5.

W.P. No.8961/2015 2.

An affidavit-in-reply has been presented on behalf of the respondent No.3 stating that steps have been taken for holding the elections of the Agricultural Produce Market Committee and after finalisation of the list of voters, the programme of election would be finalised. It is further stated that, since no appointment of Administrator has taken place, the petition presented is premature. An assurance is also given in affidavit that the respondents are ready to hold elections of the Board of Directors of the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Naigaon.

In view of the reply presented on behalf of respondent No.3, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of.

In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, Civil Application No.12196/2015 does not survives and same stands disposed of.
