1) Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and learned Counsel for the acquiring body. In companion matters delay of the same period has been condoned by the court and the appeals are directed to be registered. In the present matters also the applicants have filed an undertaking that they will not claim the interest on the enhanced compensation amount for the period of delay in the event the appeals are allowed. Hence, the following order.
ORDER

Delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. 2.
Appeals be registered in accordance with law. It is clarified that the applicants / appellants will not be entitled for any interest as undertaken by them for the period of delay in filing the appeals, in the event the appeal is allowed and the amount of compensation is enhanced, on the enhanced amount of compensation. 3.
Civil Applications stand disposed of.
