2.
The petitioners are in urgent need of decision by the scrutiny committee regarding their proposals for validation of scheduled tribe certificates. The petitioners obtained tribe certificates on 06.07.2023 and submitted those for verification before the committee on 07.07.2023. 3.
The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that already vigilance has been conducted on the request of the petitioners and the committee should be able to decide the proposals expeditiously so that the petitioners will not lose the admission having secured good marks at the NEET (UG)- 2023.
4.
The learned A.G.P., on instructions from the committee submits that on 28.08.2023 the committee has recorded the minutes and has for the reasons recorded in the Roznama decided to undertake a further vigilance enquiry.
5.
The learned A.G.P. also points out that in fact by virtue of the Government resolution dated 10.12.2019, the students like the petitioners herein are supposed to forward the proposals through their schools/colleges prior to November of the earlier year so that the committees are able to decide those before 31st May that is before the academic year starts. The petitioners are to be blamed for the situation they are in. 6.
We will not go into all the aspects. Suffice for the purpose to observe that the committee cannot be blamed for not being able to decide the petitioners proposals for the simple reason that the proposals themselves had reached it on 07.07.2023.

7.
Still, considering the fact that the petitioner No. 1 is to secure admission for medical course, we dispose of the writ petition with a request to the respondent-committee to make endeavour to decide the proposals by 31.08.2023.
