This is a successive bail application. The appellant is alleging against the earlier lawyer that he did not raise the grounds, which are now raised. He could not satisfy the Court that raising the new grounds is change-in-circumstances. He is relying on the case of Sunil Mahadev Patil Vs. State of Maharashtra ; 2016 ALL M.R. (Criminal) 1712 and Imran Iqbal Shaikh Vs. State of Maharashtra and another ; 2023 SCC OnLine Bombay 1040. None of the judgments is on the point of change-in-circumstances.

3. Earlier the Court heard the matter at length and specific order has been passed. Hence, the bail application stands dismissed.
