Heard. In spite of sufficient opportunities granted to the respondents, no reply has been filed. By way of filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to decide proposal of the petitioner - trust for opening new school at Mandva, Tq. Ashti, Dist. Beed. It appears that, the petitioner has filed proposal on 15th April, 2013. However, the respondents have not taken any

9941.15wp decision on the said proposal submitted by the petitioner.

We direct the respondents to take decision on the said proposal, as expeditiously as possible; however, by the end of March, 2016, in accordance with the Government Policy and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. Needless to observe that, in case the respondent No.1 wishes to hear the petitioner, the respondent No.1 will be at liberty to do so.

Petition stands disposed of on above terms.
