(Date: December 14, 2018) PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the verification proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since August, 2016. Interim order is passed restraining the respondents from refraining the petitioner from prosecuting further studies. The petitioner has appeared for the examination but the result is withheld.
The respondent No.2 committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within nine months from the date of
{2} wp 1033.18.odt appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 3.1.2019 and shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.
Respondent No.3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending and if the petitioner is otherwise eligible, he shall be permitted to appear for the next academic year. Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are entitled to take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that would be delivered by the scrutiny committee.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
In view of disposal of the writ petition, the the Civil application also stands disposed of.
