The applicant is claiming the amount which she is entitled to and which has remained to be disbursed. First appeal filed by the Insurance Company has already been decided. Other claimants have also already withdrawn the amount allotted to them to their extent.

I have considered the contentions raised in the application. The respondents do not dispute entitlement of the claim of the applicants. In that view of the matter the civil application is
