The directions are sought against respondent no.5 to deposit the amount of the enhanced compensation as per the award dated 24.6.2019.

The petitioner has a remedy before the learned District Court for execution of the award passed by the Arbitrator. 3.

The petitioner is not in a position to substantiate whether the respondents have filed application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act against the award of the Arbitrator. 4.

Further steps can be taken by the petitioner before the learned District Judge for execution.
