The learned advocate for the petitioners points out that the petitioners have been granted conditional validity, however, the condition erroneously mentions that it would be subject to the decision to be taken by the Committee in the reopened matters when already the reopened matters have been closed and that order is under challenge in a writ petition. Therefore, the condition should have been subject to the outcome of the writ petitions of the blood relatives of the petitioners. 1/2

Necessary corrections be made in the part '

A' of the operative part, to replace the words "subject to the decision to be taken by the Committee in the reopened matters" by words "subject to the outcome of writ petitions of blood relatives of the petitioners". 5.
