The learned Counsel Mr. S.B. Madde causes appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 - claimants. Learned Counsel Mr. S.S. Halkude causes appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4 - Driver and Owner respectively. 2.

Heard rival submissions. The applicant - Insurance Company is seeking condonation of delay of only 47 days which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanction. There is no strong objection from other side. As such, the delay of 47 days stands condoned.
