Learned counsel for Applicant Manoj submitted that today his client is ready to deposit Demand Draft of Rs.2 Lakh. Office is directed to accept the Demand Draft. 2.

In view of the circumstances, there remains nothing in the proceeding. The proceeding was for relaxation of condition imposed by the learned J.M.F.C. The Applicant

-:(2):- was directed to deposit Rs.10 Lakh as additional security for getting the relief of bail.

As the entire amount is now deposited, the proceeding is disposed of as infructuous.

Criminal Application No.964 of 2015 is filed for permission to withdraw the amount. Both the sides are heard, after issuing notice to the other side. The amount is deposited as a security for bail. The other is not consenting for the same. In view of this, Criminal Application No.964 of 2015 is rejected.
