We would not encourage the petition of the present nature. 2.

The proposal for validation of the tribe claim is submitted only on 23.09.2021 and the petition is filed on 25.10.2021 seeking directions to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously. 3.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondent. 4.

The learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding of the father of the petitioner is also pending. The vigilance is concluded. The reply is also filed to the vigilance report. In view of that, separate

We may not issue any positive directions to the committee. The committee, if, it is possible for it may decide the proposal of the petitioner for validation of the tribe claim along with proceeding of the father of the petitioner expeditiously.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 01.11.2021. If it is possible for the committee, it may try to decide the proceeding within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

We have passed this order as it is submitted that the vigilance in case of the father of the petitioner is completed and reply is filed to the vigilance report.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
