These applications have been moved for addition of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 as party respondents to these appeals in the capacity as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant - original plaintiff. 2.

It is informed by learned counsel that the sole appellant died on 24th August, 2008. Her daughters have been brought on record as her legal 1 / 2

1002-CA-8697-22.odt representatives. Her sons however, remained to be brought on record. Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are, therefore, sought to be brought on record as they were not available to sign the power.

In view of same, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). On their addition, issue them notice in second appeal, returnable on 11th October, 2022.
