Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Civil Application is filed by the claimants for withdrawal of amount deposited in this Court. The learned counsel for the Insurance Company has strongly opposed the application.

In view of the submissions made, I deem it appropriate to permit the applicant to withdraw 75% of the total compensation amount along with the proportionate interest accrued thereon till date on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court.
