Considering the grievance voiced by the Petitioners in their respective representations, made to the Competent Authority and keeping in view the order passed by this Court dated 13.10.2022, at Aurangabad Bench, in Writ Petition No. 10324 of 2022 (Niranjan Omprakash Agrawal vs. The Competent Authority Land
-3Acquisition), Respondent No.1 would take a decision on the representations of the Petitioners, within 90 days. The decision so taken would be communicated to the Petitioners, within three weeks, thereafter. If the Petitioners are aggrieved by the said decisions, they are at liberty to avail of the remedy, as is statutorily provided. 4.
With the above directions, these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
