Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to stay the judgment and award passed by the District Judge-2, Ambajogai in L.A.R. No.135/2004 dated 16.04.2019. Hence I pass the following order:

ORDER

i) The judgment and award passed by the District Judge-2, Ambajogai in L.A.R. No.135/2004 dated 16.04.2019 is stayed till the final disposal of appeal subject to depositing the award amount along with accrued interest thereon passed by the District Judge-2, Ambajogai in L.A.R. No.135/2004 within twelve weeks from today.

ii) The Civil Application is disposed of.
