DATE : JUNE 30, 2023 ORDER :- This matter is arising out of offence under Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code. The parties have settled the dispute. The decree of divorce under Section 13B(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act has been passed. The respondent-wife has filed affidavit giving express consent to allow this application. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
