Heard. None of the representations/

applications addressed by the Petitioners is to the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad. In case the concerned police station in-charge refuses to register the F.I.R. as contemplated under Section 154(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the remedy is under Section 154(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure whereby the aggrieved person can approach the Superintendent of Police.

In that view of the matter, we grant liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad (Rural) for their grievances. In case such application/ representation is filed by the Petitioners before the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad (Rural) within two weeks from today, the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad (Rural) to take the decision on said representation in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, however within four weeks from receiving such application.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
