Upon hearing both sides, Mr. V.D. Salunke, learned counsel holding for Mr. B.A. Shinde, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present application. However, liberty to move the Division Bench of this Court for quashing of the FIR, etc. may be granted. Such liberty would always be with the applicant.

With the above observations, the present application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
