The present application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation granted by the Tribunal.

This Court by order dated 08/01/2021 permitted the applicant to withdraw 70% amount deposited by the acquiring body, however unfortunately the applicant passed away. Thereafter, the application for legal heirs is also filed for permitting the legal heirs to withdraw the amount in terms of the order dated 08/01/2021 passed by this Court. The legal heirs of the deceased applicant are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court to the extent of share of deceased. 3.

In view of the above, the applications No.11350 of 2023 and 13800 of 2023 are allowed in terms of the earlier order dated 08/01/2021 and disposed of.
