The writ petition is rejected on 29.09.2014. The Civil Application No. 12136/2017 was filed. The same was allowed on condition that the applicants remove office objection within a particular period. The same was not done.

In view of that, further order was passed on 3rd November, 2017 in Civil Application No. 12136/2017. Now, after lapse of two years, the present Civil Application is again filed. The applicants, it appears are not serious in prosecuting the petition. On the principle

2 944-CA-10955-2019 that because of the fault of the advocate of applicant, the litigant should not suffer. We allow the present Civil Application on conditions that the applicants remove office objection within a period of three weeks and deposit of Rs. 1,000/- with the High Court Bar Association, Aurangabad.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
