By way of present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 12.03.2021 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, whereby the appeal filed by the respondent against the cancellation of arms license came to be dismissed.

I have gone through the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner in Appeal filed by the petitioner. The authority recorded a finding that, in view of the complaint lodged by one lady 933 WP 1846.2022.odt

against the petitioner, an FIR was registered and further report indicated that petitioner is quarrelsome and temperament of in nature. On that basis, the authority cancelled the license. All these aspects have already been considered by the Divisional Commissioner in appeal. Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 12.03.2021 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

In view thereof, petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
