Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the amount lying in the learned District and Sessions Court, Aurangabad, in Criminal Appeal Nos.175 of 2009 and 176 of 2009 may be directed to be transferred in this Court.

In view of above submission, learned District and Sessions Court, Aurangabad, is directed to transfer the amount deposited in Criminal Appeal Nos.175 of 2009 and 176 of 2009 along with interest accrued thereon, to this Court forthwith. 4.

On transfer of aforesaid amount, Office of this Court is directed to allow the applicant to withdraw the said amount along with interest accrued thereon.
