Order :- 1.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant on written instructions and on the basis of copy of death certificate received from legal representatives of the applicant submits that the applicant is died on 23-10-2016.

The learned APP submits that this application is filed for quashing First Information Report, however, now the charge-sheet is filed by the Investigating Officer.

We do not wish to consider this application on merits. In case the charge-sheet is filed, it would be open for the legal representatives of the applicant to place on record the death certificate of the applicant before the concerned court or handover it to the concerned Investigating Officer. 4.
