Heard. By this Application, the Applicant seeks permission to assist Public Prosecutor.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, same is allowed and disposed off.

ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO. 1418 OF 2025: - 1.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that, the Applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No. 0054 of 2019 registered with Bhokardan Police Station, District Jalna, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. He submits that, the allegations against the Applicant are that, he took

2 927ABA1418.2025.odt money from the students of his Academy by saying that they will get the employment in Military and Para-military Force. However, though money was paid, they did not get any employment and, therefore, they lodged the aforesaid Crime. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant that the Applicant has repaid certain amount to the said students and Charge-sheet is also filed and, therefore, the Applicant be protected.

Learned Advocate for the Informant submits that, he will take instructions from the Informant.

Learned APP submits that, the Crime is of 2019 and till date, the Applicant is not arrested and, therefore, there is no apprehension.

In view of the above statement, the Application is adjourned for four (4) weeks, so that the same can be heard after hearing all the sides. I pass the following order: -

ORDER

[i] In the event of arrest of the Applicant, namely, Vishwajit Himmatrao Railkar, in connection with Crime No. 0054 of 2019 registered with Bhokardan Police Station, District Jalna, he be released on bail on his furnishing P.B. of Rs.30,000/- [Rupees Thirty Thousand] with one or two sureties in the like amount.

3 927ABA1418.2025.odt [ii] The Applicant shall attend Bhokardan Police Station, District Jalna, from 27th to 29th October, 2025, between 10:00 am to 02:00 pm, and thereafter, as and when called. [iii] Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable after four (4) weeks. Learned APP waives service of notice for the State. Learned Advocate Mr. P. A. Pisal holding for Mr. V. D.
