This Court vide interim order dated 09th May, 2012 had directed the parties to maintain status quo and has given liberty to the respondent No. 6 to claim refund of amount. 2.

Almost four years have passed since said order is passed. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim orders. In case fresh auction is issued in respect of sand spot in question, the parties are at liberty to take such other steps as available in accordance with law. Rule accordingly is discharged. No costs.
