We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned advocate for respondent-Municipal Council, who appears suo motu. 2.

The petitioner has been soliciting a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-municipal council to allow him to participate in the tender process. However, both the sides are unanimous that the tender process itself has been subsequently cancelled on 16.09.2024. 3.

In the light of above, the petition is disposed of having become infructuous.
