1) Nobody present for the applicant. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 is present. Seen the order dated 31-8-2015. On that date some orders were made and direction was given for taking steps for service of respondent Nos.2 to 4, 6 to 8 and 10 prior to 25-9-2015. As steps were not taken the matter as against them is already dismissed.

The order shows that initially appeal was dismissed in default on 31-3-2010 and it subsequently was restored. But the appeal was not worked out and nobody was showing interest in prosecuting the matter. Reasons are given for making the order of dismissal. Today also nobody is present for the appellant and no interest is shown for prosecuting the matter. The application is dismissed. Civil Application No.12367 of 2015 stands disposed of. Sd/- (T.V.
