The Petitioner has preferred this Petition for seeking a direction to the Competent Committee to decide her pending claim for validation of belonging to the 'Tokre Koli' Scheduled Tribe Category, within a timeline, since she has been admitted in the M.B.A Course with Respondent No.4/Institute.

The learned AGP sought a pass over to take instructions. After the matter is called out, the learned AGP submits on written instructions that the claim of the Petitioner has been adjudicated upon, by an order dated 11.09.2024. Her claim has been rejected. This information is divulged in the Court today and the Petitioner has gathered this information in the course of the hearing of this Petition.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.3/State Commission Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State submits that the cancellation of the Petitioner's admission, on account of nonsubmission of the validity certificate, has been communicated to her on 09.09.2024.
