Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of this petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 12.01.2023 passed below Exh. 15 by the learned Family Court, Ahmednagar in Petition No. A-67 of 2022.

The present petition is arising out of the interim order passed by the family Court. Now it was brought to my notice that H.M.P. petition itself is dismissed in dafault. Therefore, nothing survives in the petition.
