The petitioner seeks family pension on account of death of Laxman Mali. The petitioner claims to be wife of deceased Laxman. According to the learned counsel, there was dispute between petitioner and her husband. The husband of the petitioner was permanent employee of the respondent No. 4 and subsequently transferred to the respondent No. 5. There is voluntary retirement on 30.11.2011. The petitioner is issued with legal heirship certificate as a legal heir of deceased Laxman Mali.

We have heard the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 also.

The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submits that, the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 would submit the proposal for family pension of the petitioner to the respondent No. 3. 4.

In case the proposal is received by the respondent No. 3 and is forwarded to the respondent No. 2, then the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall consider the eligibility of the petitioner for grant of family pension on satisfaction of the proof of relationship and may process the same expeditiously. The same shall be processed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the proposal from respondent Nos. 4 and 5. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
